If I could rate this place 100000 stars I would. Hands down best experience. As a busy mum, all I crave is a bit of downtime and relaxation and this place ticks all the boxes. From the second you enter, you’re met with beautiful ambience and an instantly relaxing environment. The staff are so welcoming and warm. You don’t necessarily associate eyebrow waxing with being relaxing but I end up nodding off during my appointments because the team are so gentle and the relaxing music, lighting and blankets are the perfect touch! Natasha and all the team are so experienced and beyond talented at what they do, there is so much attention to detail in every single step of the process and it never ever feels like a rushed job like so many other places. You go for a whole experience and it is easily the best eyebrow design/tinting/waxing/shaping experience I’ve ever had. The mini massages during the eyebrow treatments are just a small taster of what the full facials and treatments would be like so safe to say I can’t wait to try some other treatments too 😊 So so glad I was recommended to go here. 100000/10!

My husband bought me a gift voucher here and honestly… best experience EVER From the moment I walked in I felt so looked after. The attention to detail, the care, the results everything was just next level. My brows have never looked this good and I finally feel like me again. My daughter left this tranquil environment raving about her relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Natasha who attended to my daughter was welcoming, professional and gentle. Face Faxx is an incredible salon! From the moment you step inside, it’s instantly calming and relaxing. The girls are so knowledgeable and genuinely attentive, and it really shows in the results my skin has never been better. It’s glowing, and the concerns I used to worry about have completely disappeared. Every visit feels like a treat, and I always walk out feeling refreshed and cared for. Couldn’t recommend Face Faxx enough!
